Booking Policy

Reservations:

The hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of purchase and the difference (the remaining balance) will be settled at check-out.

Installment:

We parcelize the remaining balance in a maximum of 4 times on the credit card, as per the rule below:

Remaining balance up to R $ 1000.00. In 2 times

Remaining balance from R $ 1000.00 to R $ 3000.00. In 3 times

Remaining balance over R $ 3000.00. In 4 times.

  • This establishment reserves the right to not accept checks according to art. 92 of Law 8884/94 (LIOE).

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to info@hfvistaalegre.com.br.

  • Up to 7 days after payment of the reservation - 100% refund of the amount paid. (Article 49 - Law: 8,078 / 90 - CDC)

After this period:

  • Up to 10 days in advance of check-in - 80% refund of the amount paid or a redial can be made upon availability.
  • Less than 10 days in advance of check-in or early departures - there will be no refund of the amount paid
  • Schedules:
  • check-in from 12 noon;
  • check out until 10:00 am;

Late check out (Please check before availability)

Animals:

  • Send request by email, explaining the type of animal.
